one of my friends is 15,5'6 and he went to doctor and she advised him to take zinc for height ( which is a bad advice) then she refused to xray scan for growth plates , should he swap doctors or not

she told him that his growth plates might be closed nd no need for xray scan but i dont believe it hes still 15



any tips?

expose to alott of gh since childhood obviously but when you start at 15 you wont increase adult height by more than a cm max.you need alot more than gh
