Ascending while having a twin

Planing on getting a few surgeries next year to my eye area. But I can't stop thinking about how im just gonna show up to my parents house (currently live by myself) and greet them and my IDENTICAL TWIN BROTHER. Wont that make my attempts futile having a constant reminder that im gene frauding? Should I just abandon my family lol
