Ascending with cauliflower ears

I’m currently trying to ascend and have been watching looksmaxxing/bp content for around 18 months now but in last 12 months became more interested in it anyway, I regularly train mma and have had some swelling on my ears recently and early signs of cauliflower ear coming in I was wondering peoples opinion on ascending and still trying to reach a high rating with cauliflower ear? Would it be possible to ascend to Chadlite/hhtn with them?
