Im 15, 165cm (5`5), 57kg, ltn
Im gonna cycle MK677. I cant take HGH because i cant explain it to my parents+is expensive af. Mk is easier to explain and is cheap. 15mg before sleeping 12 weeks on 4 off for 12 months. Ik 15mg is low but is either that or 30mg which seems a litte excesive. Im also gonna be taking Protein, creatine, zinc, magnessium, potassium and L-arginine supplemetns. 120g of protein, 2500 calories, 4 liters of water, no added sugar and keeping track of blood pressure and glucose levels. Training gym 5 times a week.
The idea is to get 170cm and bulk to 62kg before the end of the year, then im gonna starve to lean down and lose face fat. Please give advice on what could be improved
