Am 19 years old and finished growing, I have anterior disc displacement which makes my left side of my jaw lower than the right (going to get surgery in the upcoming year which will fix asymmetry). Any advice on how or if I can ascend without surgery and am currently framemaxxing. Also these pictures are the best angle of me I look even worse in person.

Your ears are horrible:feelswhy:

hairstyle and headphones

Tbh doing that surgery might be the best thing you could do. Your worst failo is the assymetry and facial harmony, you have good overall features but they don't fit that well on your face. You kind remind me of Brian Moser, Elias de poot and Bne Whishaw when he was younger, all are found attractive so I'd looksmax in their direction. Other than that I'd still try the other softmaxxes like thumbpulling, chin tucks and mewing, I had and still have good results from them, it just takes like a year or a bit more for noticeable results which is why they are bashed on here.

How to fix? maybe eartape? or covering ears more with hairstyle maybe

should i do thumbpulling now or after surgery because it might make the asymettry worse after surgery

It might actually help if you do it in the way a palate expander works, pulling from the center to the corners. Also dont do more than 100 reps per day for starters and with each rep relax and breathe deeply in the bone itself feeling it expand, thumbpulling is about softly doing the movements, retards who are doing it every hour and applying force without proper relaxation and breathing of course get dog shit results

This can also work for dark triad maxxing. This is what Richard Ramirez did to get demonic bone mass

what would the most important aspects besides thumb pulling be that I should work on? and whats the potential after fixing my (Anterior Disc Displacement without Reduction)

As I said look at the people I just listed that look similar to you and try adopt similar hairstyles and style (Brian Moser/Elias/Vampiremaxxing). I also think you'd benefit from keeping a low bodyfat percentage at all time, never go above 15% and always stay in the 7-10% otherwise. Besides thumbpulling just do the basic skincare, permanent mew and chin tucks.
