depends on your goals obv

test will basically speed up gym progress by about 3-5x speed if dosed at 400-500 mg/week, and peptides all have different purposes but if you're talking about ghrp's specifically they can be decent but hgh still mogs, can cost as little as $50 per month for 5iu if you know where to source from (not telling you though nigga)

ssa does it for $0.375 per iu my conversions were just a bit off since I pay with gbp so had to estimate a rough $ value
