ascension not worth it?

My goal is to get women, but is it even possible? I'm going to spend a good amount of money on a surgery with the possibility of looking like shit, having spent my first 22/23 years in this rabbit hole. The worst of all is that I don't want "many women", I want someone to love and be real with, but I'm not an idiot, that doesn't exist in most cases, is it worth ascending?

Depends what your stats are and what surgeries you are getting .
