Hey bro,, you dont make progress that quick,, realistically it will take a bit longer,, depending on cirmustances 1-2 years longer.. and via softmaxxing methods i mean,,,,,,,,, like you wont even make much progress if ur just soft maxxing realistically.. maybe if ascending to you is debloating and getting ur ideal body fat percent then only then youd be able to ascend in summer time .. But me2. If i dont ascend its quits.................2.

i have methods that will work, but only reason im not doing them is due to the big change it will make in a short span of time. So doing it in the summer will work better as i can say it has been 2 months,
