It's still a little ascension (as there's still swelling) but it could have been better. The guy told that they mooved his lower jaw around 3 mm. However he didn't precise if it was backward or forward. Imo backward

Fact. Just after surgery your mouth remais in a semi-open position apart from the swelling, so is indeed impossible to tell.
Just wanted to point out the guy had an aesthetic jaw in my opinion in the before.
