yeah ive been on carnivore diet for a year when i started all this so my diet isnt an issue at all and I have considered aqualyx to be my next step forward, ig ive always had chubby cheeks

what i did to loose cheeks is a bit unethical but it got the job done
daily Hiit workouts
calorie deficit
starevmaxng 2-3 times a week
