Collagen (10-20g) — for skin elasticity, hydration, and hair.

- Obviously going to go to the gym, get as lean as possible without stunting growth. I already have good gut health

- I will start using just for men beard dye for eyebrows and eyelashes, I would use oral minoxidil but not trying to bloat.

My parents will let me run hgh and possibly even help me pay for it. But the problem is getting it. And if i should since im 16 and my growth plates are gonna close in probably 2 years. Would it actually boost my height up to a preferable amount if i take it until my plates close.

- Another thing is Melanotan 2:
I feel there is more negative side effects than positive, and is there any other way to get a tan as a ginger. I need all the health indicators I can get.

Just let me know what I should do I already have a decent idea in my head but I just need a 2nd unbiased opinion. And some other stuff I could do because I'm not trying to be under 6'0 for the rest of my life I will literally rope. I also get a pretty good amount of money in my early 20's, so surgery is possibly an option. Lmk if im coping.

i eat just whole food, i eat cooked meat btw goatis

Jfl how do your parents allow you to take hgh and even pay for it? Yes it will make you grow taller, maybe combine with an aromatose inhibitor but dont take too much. Mt 2 is a hard subject imo but id just tan normally if you can. Good ascension plan tho

Hgh isn’t magic height is still very dependent on genetics. Even if your growth plates close past 18 blasting hgh won’t make you 6’6”. Softmaxxes all fine but you’re gonna struggle pulling if you’d rope if you were under 6’ being some fucking incel is worse than being short

yeah its cope at 16 if you want to be taller you have to know your growth plates are closing so you need to figure out if you have grown recently (growth plates might still be open) then take low dose aromatase inhibitor (5-10 mg aromasin) estrogen closes growth plates so this way you can growth longer maybe till 18 if ur lucky,

if you want to pin for heightgains first step is an xray, go to your doctor and cry about how your concerned about your growth bc your height is small compared to your dad, and get referred to a endocrinologist and get an xray.

until your growth plates, inevitably close it's gonna happen eventually this just delays it so you know just continuously probably 6.5 mg daily or every other day if you start noticing side effects like I don't know from whatever age you are probably until like 18 to 19 but it depends on the person
