Vitamin C (500-1,000mg) — for collagen production and skin brightening.
Omega-3s (1,000-3,000mg) — for skin hydration and reducing inflammation.
Zinc (15-30mg) — for acne prevention and wound healing.
Biotin (10000mcg) — for hair growth and nail strength.
Vitamin E (15mg/22.5 IU) — for sun protection and skin moisturization.
MSM (1,000-3,000mg) — for collagen production and skin healing.
Magnesium (200-400mg) — for stress reduction and skin elasticity.
Probiotics (10–20 billion CFU) — for clear skin from the inside out.
L-Glutamine (5g) — for gut health and skin healing.
- I got braces about 4 months ago and I will get my teeth professionally whitened by a dentist after I get them off
- And went to derma and I am using the Topical Clindamycin/adapalene/benzoyl peroxide (Working Decent BTW)
- Obviously going to go to the gym, get as lean as possible without stunting growth. I already have good gut health
- I will start using just for men beard dye for eyebrows and eyelashes, I would use oral minoxidil but not trying to bloat.
Basically the simple softmaxxing
- But here is the things I need answers about:
My parents will let me run hgh and possibly even help me pay for it. But the problem is getting it. And if i should since im 16 and my growth plates are gonna close in probably 2 years. Would it actually boost my height up to a preferable amount if i take it until my plates close.
- Another thing is Melanotan 2:
I feel there is more negative side effects than positive, and is there any other way to get a tan as a ginger. I need all the health indicators I can get.
Just let me know what I should do I already have a decent idea in my head but I just need a 2nd unbiased opinion. And some other stuff I could do because I'm not trying to be under 6'0 for the rest of my life I will literally rope. I also get a pretty good amount of money in my early 20's, so surgery is possibly an option. Lmk if im coping.
