(note: am not an incel as I have a body count of 8 and have done stuff many more women, but I want better self-esteem and to be striking and not have to always mask or rely on my personality to pull)
22M living in Paris, this is my plan to ascend. Please critique (without saying cope). My starting point is 5'10 with recessed and downgrown jaw but decent harmony. My hair and skin are decent. Currently in myofunctional therapy and plan to get MSE then MSDO and eventually jaw surgery, then infraorbital, malar, and paranasal implants.
My goals until then are:
1. Get to 12% body fat and learn to maintain it.
2. Build up muscle mass, including forearms. Will train neck after I've recovered from jaw surgery since everytime I've done so, I felt like I was suffocating.
3. Skinmax. I don't have acne but could have better and more moisturized skin that glows more. Also find something to fix my dry lips.
4. Healthmax with a moderate carb Ray Peat diet and other strategies. Also plan to hop on androsterone to milk out any possible masculinisation benefits.
5. Whiten my teeth with help from my dentist.
6. Continue chewing hard foods, especially meat and carrots, to grow my masseter muscles and avoid jaw implants in the future.
7. Grow out my eyebrows and eyelashes to have better facial contrast.
8. Figure out my phenotype and enhance coloring.
After expansion, I plan to get on HGH peptides for a cycle. Along with improved myofunctional habits and hard chewing, this should increase my bone mass but won't provide any forward growth.
After jaw surgery and implants, I plan to hop on TRT and masteron/proviron with obvious health protocols to have a better quality of life. With a better jaw structure and better myofunctional habits, my buccinators and lip muscles should atrophy somewhat, providing a leaner appearance.
