1. sleep not later than 23 and wake up 8-9 to have optimal rhytm and look best

2.Leanmaxxing do everything it takes to loose bloat and achieve below 15% Bodyfat ( Fasting regularly )48 h fasts
5x a week 45 min gym
And 5 x a week 1 Hour cardio every morning
Also 3x a week Neck training


3.Grooming ( regular Haircuts , eyebrows , beard and everything ) looking clean and neat also fashionable fitting clothes and chain and jewelry ( keep using Minoxidil 1x a day) get skin mask every 3 weeks at barber

i actually do most of these apart from 4. cuz i got a gf and 5. cuz i dont have social media
