My main biggest concern is HEIGHT, ive been trying most natural ways so far which seem cope imo
Including:
Taking supplements: Colostrum, d3 k2, magnesium, zinc, grape seed extrait, boron, lysine, Glucomasime+MSM joint pill
Stretching daily before sleep
Sprinting
Bonesmashing if i can be fucked not cringing myself
im trying to start gym as a skinny idiot, but im gonna focus on compounds movements just for hgh increase, like squats.
Animal based diet, tons of steak, avocado, milk, eggs, butter, and lots of fruit.

I dont know if its working but its been a while and i want a drastic and actually helping change i can apply.
I really haven't seen much growth this year and i have been doing a shit ton of research on heightmaxxing.
Im going to try see a endocrinologist next week but i dont know firstly what to even ask about? What do i even ask????

Ive taken into account these hardmaxxing things:
MK677 (going to take i think)
Peptides especially CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

Everyone says to use aromasin/hgh/etc, im scared asf to use these and have 0 experience with what would actually happen to me if i used these strong asf substances and not planning on going near (maybe aromasin only cause oral but it doesnt seem worth it at all for height tbh)
I dont want to use peptides due to injecting reasons as without professional help (which i cant get because of many complications) the whole injecting and storing process is too much for me to know about and do safely.
I am currently ordering MK677 for height purposes and although many say its cope and just makes you hungry and bloated, the science behind it makes sense to me, so i will try a 20mg dose, 5x a week.

PLEASE help me with this MK cycle as i feel i am confused and uneducated about how to use it

PLEASE recommend ANYTHING i can do for height and tell me and EDUCATE me if i am wrong or something please

Psl or the blackpill maybe both. either way just throw away the stack you don't need it it's as simple as staying lean, keeping ur hair styled and making sure you wear good clothes, take vit d3 then you're good. Looksmaxxing and going to the gym while staying lean is good but getting too deep taking all these unnecessary things won't help you and at worse will just looksmin you in the end. You probably won't listen though which is fine experience will help you more than I ever can tbh
 
I agree lots where your coming from but I have been doing these things (except gym which I will start) but it feels very average and no progress. The stack I’m using is just mk677 and nothing crazy just tryna grow taller and I’m also keen to hear methods for DHT maxing but nothing hardmazzing crazy so I’m not going down black-pill tbh so it’s fine

magnesium for a little teeny bit of bone growth and better sleep, and being healthier is the best, sleep early (fixes eyebags and stuff), brush your tongue and teeth, also potassium for debloat but you might build potassium resistance so just reduce inflamattion and do lympatic drainage
