This is my full ascension protocol as of now, very much open to advice, opinions etc on where I am just coping or what I can add or do, very dedicated atm and really want to ascend and change.
Age 15 - Height 183 cm (plates are open)
Injects/Peptides
Cjc + ipa no dac
Possibly: Mk-677 or Tesamorelin
Habits
Constant mewing, slight jut to fraud or reposition recessed mandible
Hard chewing failm gum (premolars, molars) 30 min each side, regularly drink ice cold water to make gum harder
Tongue chewing 30 mins
Chin tucks
Thumbpulling 10 min
Bonesmashing (zygos, brow ridge, chin)
Diet
(just gonna do a rough estimate of what I usually eat everyday)
3 eggs
Spinach (50-100g)
Cheese (1 cupish)
Ground beef (usually 0.5lb-1b+)
Chicken (100g-200g)
2 Kiwis
1L of A2 Organic Whole Milk
1 Avocado
1 Sweet Potato
4L of water
1 cup of A2 Yogurt
1 cup of mixed berries
Supplements/Orals
VITAMIN D2 + K3
ZINC + VIT C
CALCIUM + MAGNESIUM
OMEGA 3 FISH OIL
MAGNESIUM GLYCINITATE
CREATINE
ORAL MINOX
EPLENERNONE
Skincare Routine
AM -
Cleanser
UV moisturizer
PM -
Cleanser
Derma-roll topical 3% ghk-cu serum
Tretinoin 0.5%
Latisse for lashes
Nightime routine
Blue light blocking glasses
Skincare
Stretch
Sleep w/ a heavy blanket + mouth tape (8-10 hours sleep)
Workouts/Lifting
Mon, Fri - Arms + Core
Tue, Thu - Chest, Shoulders, Back
Wed, Sat - Legs
Sun - Rest
I play basketball as a sport and usually play every or eod so keep that in mind.

Aqualyx in the next coming weeks
Herbst appliance or marpe over summer
Hgh + maybe some roids (want to learn more compound based as im very much a grey whe it comes to that stuff as well as pharmaceuticals)
Just want to look the best I can and at 15 I have the opportunity to change that aspect drastically so anything people can help me w/, any advice somebody could give would be very much appreciated. At the end of the day I am really just trying to learn all I can when it comes to looksmaxing and maximizing puberty as well as pharmaceuticals and stuff of that nature.
