I ONLY PLAN TO SOFTMAXX FOR NOW.
1. Physique
- Currently I have decent muscle mass, training for almost 1.5yrs. The only thing is I am fat, which was somewhat on purpose. Growing up I was the fat kid, so I lost a little weight when I was like 14 but then got fat again. When I joined the gym, after listening to all the gymfluencers I decided not to cut but instead recomp, which idk I still think I should've lost weight first but atleast I built decent muscle.
- I am cutting the normie way rn to get to the point where I am not a fat fuck, then I'll prob run reta or tirzepatide to get diced. Though I only plan to cut for a month or two and once I am lean enough, I plan to bulk cuz of height
- I dont plan to do roids soon but most probably later on
2. Height
- This is probably the most important thing I wanna focus on. I am 17 and 5'9, and even though there is little hope for me I still wanna try. My parents are manlets, my mum, my dad and my sister is 160cm/5'3, yes even my dad so in some way I am actually kind of lucky. Though he might've been malnourished as kid as he grew up pretty poor. My cousins and some uncles though are decently tall, mostly 5'10+
Every single calculator predicts I should've been like 5'5 max, but I grew past so I think there might be some hope.
- My family were and still are vegetarian so I didn't get enough protein in my teens. This is the reason I plan to do a short cut and then just bulk with a fuck ton of protein to maximize my chances to grow. I'd rather be not lean and grow taller than stay lean and end up short.
- I am gonna get an X-Ray of my knees if my growth plates are still open, hopefully they are.
And if they are then I getting on HGH or MK and CJC DAC. Aromasin as AI and SAM-e and MSM for DNA methylation
3. Face
- Biggest issue is again being a fat fuck. Losing face fat.
- My skin is not terrible, but not good either. I've never had really bad acne. My skin should improve a lot just by fixing my sleep and diet, which the prior has been fucked due to exams, work and a lot of other stuff. Also high cortisol smh
- My eye area is pretty terrible. I have a neutral canthal tilt, can fraud slight positive while squinting. Glasses or squinting for my UEE. Fix my eyebags using caffiene serum and just sleeping well.
- My brows are decently dark and low set, maybe just trim around the edges shape them a bit better
- I have short nose, which makes the front look lil big. Hydrocortisone for the nose.
- Also my midface is kinda short and there is asymmetry but can't do anything about that.
- Also GHK-Cu cuz why not
Again I only plan to softmaxx for a while. I am not super insecure about my face and probably mtn once I get lean (ltn rn)
I've been sort of "into" looksmaxxing for a while but never really did anything other than working out. I am not really blackpilled, I still think money and status and social skills are important to the same levels as looks, and I have been mostly working on those to a point where I am actually somewhat good at those areas of my life and now my looks are probably the thing holding me back the most.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks to anyone who replies in advance.
