Cope asf brobuilds huge wrists forearms and hands
More copePeptides - MK, CJC , for hair skin nails sleep frame etc lifestyle buff basically
1. not cope look at old builders, farmers etcCope asf bro
Its all genetic
Wont change if you gain 50 lbs or train them for 2 hours a day for 2 years straight
Not even noobie gains apply to forearms
also, musicmaxxing has literally no effect unless you can show off the skills in a nonchalant way.
Its a good hobby and I like the guitar tho
More cope

Gym isn't cope but forearm and wrist gains are literally how much your muscle and skin sticks to the wrist around your bone.« Cope asf bro » stfu if its all genetics and cope why are you on .org and not incels.is
I have been going to the gym for 3-4 years minimum with max dedication and a strict asf diet for the past 2.5 years.maybe do something for more than 2 weeks before you declare, like you're a prophet , that its a waste of time lol
I have 14.5 inch forearms and i started with 6.5 inch wrists, if you want to see/me to help u PMGym isn't cope but forearm and wrist gains are literally how much your muscle and skin sticks to the wrist around your bone.
Therefore if you don't have a big wrist to begin with, you will have small forearms and therefore will never be able to get bigger forarms because you can change the width and size of your wrist bones
I have been going to the gym for 3-4 years minimum with max dedication and a strict asf diet for the past 2.5 years.
My chest, arms, back, and legs have all seen insane gains
I'm saying it because I HAVE TRAINED forearms AND calves for 2 years straight 3-4 times a week (It needs less rest because smaller muscles have less regen time). In that time I have seen a SLIGHT increase in calf size and a slight increase in forearm size but not enough to make it look like I even train them.
MEANWHILE
Minned faggot who has never been to the gym in his whole life has calves the size of Achilles and forearms bigger than your whole brain.
I'm not saying everything is fucking cope but training forearms has such small gains that nobody besides you (if even you) would notice them without a pump
Dnr, ur 150lbs after 4yrs of gym at 6ft1 pick up the fork boyoGym isn't cope but forearm and wrist gains are literally how much your muscle and skin sticks to the wrist around your bone.

The 150 was after a 1.5-month trip where I lost over 9 pounds cuz of not wanting to eat shit food.
This lean bulking shit is impossible.

Lame
This is my 2nd account. Old one was banned
Why would I still care about reps when I'm talking to Retards like you explaining basic shit that literally takes 4 SECONDS TO GOOGLE
Just look up " CAN I MAKE MY FOREARMS MUH BIGGER WITH CURLS" AND THE FIRST VIDEO YOU SEE IS TELLING YOU NO.
EVEN THE BLUEPILLERS SAY NO IDIOT
It's not causation
They go to work because they have big forearms. The same way NBA players play basketball because they are 6'8 not because they somehow grow a foot because they play a sport
either that or they have been working their forearms since youth so there are more growth receptors "focused" there

Yeah, I've been bouldering for 15 years. I also do forearm and grip exercises. I can almost close COC#2 (have closed #1.5 easily). I rep 185lbs on barbell finger curls, 62.5lbs per hand on DB wrist curls, 20lbs per hand on thumbless DB wrist extension. I also do pronation, supination, adduction, and abduction wrist exercises, and I have a Titan's Telegraph Key for pinch work. I've gaine 45 pounds while doing all this. My forearms are still smaller than random nerds at the climbing gym who have been bouldering with no other training for like 2 years. My wrists are skinnier than my 5'5 77 year old dad, who has like 12" biceps at this point.I'm saying it because I HAVE TRAINED forearms AND calves for 2 years straight 3-4 times a week (It needs less rest because smaller muscles have less regen time). That's either not true, due to puberty, or because you were emaciated as fuck starting out.Tough cus mine have literally grown an inch over 3 years
I mean the photos are there so loook urselfThat's either not true, due to puberty, or because you were emaciated as fuck starting out.
yeah, let me just use my eye rulers to measure the circumference of your wrist. and obviously that's after you started training. no one does shirtless flexing if theyve never worked out. and 16-18 you could still be growing.I mean the photos are there so loook urself
90% of people train badly, either due to bad programming or just not hard enough.yeah, let me just use my eye rulers to measure the circumference of your wrist. and obviously that's after you started training. no one does shirtless flexing if theyve never worked out. and 16-18 you could still be growing.
in any case, the point is that not everybody can make such gains, so even if you did, it doesn't matter
