2 years ago my wrists there was literally a gap between my fingers and wrists (sub 7 inches) now they dont even meet (close to 8

what was I doing in that time? heavy gymcelling/powerlifting and wrestling . btw 16-18 so unlikely to be due to puberty

3. I play classical and jazz guitar at a high level (compared to avg teen strumming a few chords out of time) and the city I live in has a huge music scene

also my entire life isnt about datingmaxxing lmao i have other interests

4. how is it cope lol, GH is correlated w collagen synthesis (its used as anti aging drug) so the soft features aren't a cope at all . literally seen that myself

and my bidelt has gone from below average to good since i gymcelled so muh bones stop growing at 15 is bs

Gym isn't cope but forearm and wrist gains are literally how much your muscle and skin sticks to the wrist around your bone.
Therefore if you don't have a big wrist to begin with, you will have small forearms and therefore will never be able to get bigger forarms because you can change the width and size of your wrist bones

My chest, arms, back, and legs have all seen insane gains

I'm saying it because I HAVE TRAINED forearms AND calves for 2 years straight 3-4 times a week (It needs less rest because smaller muscles have less regen time). In that time I have seen a SLIGHT increase in calf size and a slight increase in forearm size but not enough to make it look like I even train them.

MEANWHILE

Minned faggot who has never been to the gym in his whole life has calves the size of Achilles and forearms bigger than your whole brain.

I'm not saying everything is fucking cope but training forearms has such small gains that nobody besides you (if even you) would notice them without a pump

Yeah, I've been bouldering for 15 years. I also do forearm and grip exercises. I can almost close COC#2 (have closed #1.5 easily). I rep 185lbs on barbell finger curls, 62.5lbs per hand on DB wrist curls, 20lbs per hand on thumbless DB wrist extension. I also do pronation, supination, adduction, and abduction wrist exercises, and I have a Titan's Telegraph Key for pinch work. I've gaine 45 pounds while doing all this. My forearms are still smaller than random nerds at the climbing gym who have been bouldering with no other training for like 2 years. My wrists are skinnier than my 5'5 77 year old dad, who has like 12" biceps at this point.

Tough cus mine have literally grown an inch over 3 years
 
I also get extremely painful pumps in my forearms and wrists when i do pulling exercises

yeah, let me just use my eye rulers to measure the circumference of your wrist. and obviously that's after you started training. no one does shirtless flexing if theyve never worked out. and 16-18 you could still be growing.

in any case, the point is that not everybody can make such gains, so even if you did, it doesn't matter

90% of people train badly, either due to bad programming or just not hard enough.

It was after doing pushups and a workouts but before gym, thus why my torso is much more developed than my arms, but only about 3 months into anything

Obviously you need half decent genetics, but the skeleton doesn't stop growing till mid 20s and the idea that stressing your bones with force, 10x that in normal life, has as no impact on skeletal structure is ridiculous
