- • Skin+nosemaxxing (accutane) => clear skin and slimmer nose in 5 months
- • Eyebrows + Eyelashes (castor oil and rosemary oil) => 3 months
- • Teethmaxxing: Stop smoking, perlweis 2x a day, (optional: teethwithinening strips)
- • Hairmaxxing: Better haircut, keeping hair healthy with natural shampoo, Minoxidil 5% for better hairline and hair thickness. More research needed!!!! (6-8 months)
- • Neckmaxxing: Gymmaxxing: shrugs 3x a week, 2 sets each, buy neck trainer with plates or find in gym, More research needed!!!
- • dietmaxxing: better gut health, stimulating height and bone growth => heightmaxxing
- • Gymmaxxing: better frame + neck width increase,
- • Sleepmaxxing: Going to sleep through the week at 10pm, wake up at 7am, taping mouth, (on weekends at midnight)
- • Symmetrymaxxing: Sleep on the back + mouth closed at all times, Shape eyebrows
- • Tanmaxxing: start at about march, every morning and midday for 20-30 min, Beta carotin at all times (consume in the morning)
