About me: I’m 17 years old and currently standing at 189cm in height and got an average rating of mid HTN here. Trying to get to Chadlite.

I made a personalized ascension plan until next summer. Please give feedback and tell me if it’s realistic. You are free to add any suggestions.


  • • Skin+nosemaxxing (accutane) => clear skin and slimmer nose in 5 months
  • • Eyebrows + Eyelashes (castor oil and rosemary oil) => 3 months
  • • Teethmaxxing: Stop smoking, perlweis 2x a day, (optional: teethwithinening strips)
  • • Hairmaxxing: Better haircut, keeping hair healthy with natural shampoo, Minoxidil 5% for better hairline and hair thickness. More research needed!!!! (6-8 months)
  • • Neckmaxxing: Gymmaxxing: shrugs 3x a week, 2 sets each, buy neck trainer with plates or find in gym, More research needed!!!
  • • dietmaxxing: better gut health, stimulating height and bone growth => heightmaxxing


  • • Gymmaxxing: better frame + neck width increase,
  • • Sleepmaxxing: Going to sleep through the week at 10pm, wake up at 7am, taping mouth, (on weekends at midnight)
  • • Symmetrymaxxing: Sleep on the back + mouth closed at all times, Shape eyebrows
  • • Tanmaxxing: start at about march, every morning and midday for 20-30 min, Beta carotin at all times (consume in the morning)
  • • Lifestylemaxxing: no alcohol, no weed, no smoking !!!!!!, Dietmaxxing, Studymaxxing, Dopamine deficit immidiatly,

Just NTmaxx, try going out at night and interacting with people are popular areas in your city more, if you're not already good at socializing.

Yeah, im going to uni next year, im not very good at socializing. I’m never planning anything, im just getting invited and than i go out sometimes.
But I don’t know if that hair is achievable, because i have straight, thin hair. I use texture powder and clay to get some volume out of it.
Currently im on 5% topical minoxidil foam. Hoping to get thicker and denser hair, with a better hairline.
Im also not sure if those lips are attainable.
 
switch all that oil out for minox. good luck on trying to grow a hairline from castor oil as well :lul: if your hairline reseeded over time then you could grow it back by hopping on finasteride but if not just a genetic curse

You can grow while on accutane. Only when you take very high dosages

If I look at it like this, this kinda sounds like what he tells people to do. But those are just basic softmaxxes that you hear anywhere.
