25% Body fat

4-5 L of water (was drinking barely 2 before)
Potassium supps
Multi vit, Ashwagandha
10-12% Body fat

Plans at 18: Blepharoplasty, by far my biggest looksmin is big upper eyelids.
Possible fat graft for hollow undereyes (maybe its not terrible)

tldr wait 1 year, then when you become 18, wait additional 4 years
