For now imma be on vacation to spain for a week then for a month be back in that month imma enjoy myself bloat my little tummy and be on a slight defecit to reverse diet my way to 1000 kcal defecit over 3 weeks then stay there till 12% ill be gymming throughout this while eating whole nutritious food like liver beef eggs etc.

imma be on cycle too growth focused not touching test till atleast 6 months and ill rethink it
so getting lean gymcelling and on cycle not running cycle btw till im at my desired bodyfat so i can eat slight surplus to maximise growth.
