ascension plan from now (14) to college

this is me currently

(with clear skin filter, still going through tretinoin)
im planning to get double eyelid surgery next year when im around 15, i can slay mtbs but im obviously boneless/have a lot of baby fat on me

my failos are downward growth, flat maxilla, lip to nose ratio, no browridge and a bad nasal bridge

ill most likely either get lefort1 or a bimax with ccw rotation once i turn 18 before i go to college (planning to save up as soon as i can get a job), and then get more surgeries like rhino later on

im about 5'9 but can fraud maybe 5'10.5 with shoes and ill most likely grow more but for now i would say my absolute biggest failos are my bloated face and lines i get from it (whether its from the fatpads/fat or being boneless im unsure)
