Currently 16, almost 17. 176cm, 158lbs.



Sleep: 8-10 hrs a night



Diet: clean foods, milk, just no processed stuff etc



Gym: already got a decent build and quite a wide frame from past experiences with the gym. Just gonna create a new program, focusing on the aesthetic muscle groups. For example, neck, shoulders, arms. I also play football (soccer) which helps me stay lean a lot



Posture: quite a bit of cope, but I’ve got a couple ideas. Gonna try Mr wollas method of compressing and decompressing.See if I can gain a couple cms. I’m also gonna try fix my anterior pelvic tilt, which is quite bad. If I can get up to 178-180 I’ll be quite happy.



Skincare: skin in general is quite clean now, hopefully a clean diet keeps it clean but asides from that I’ll use a cleanser once at night and moisturiser.



Teeth: my teeth are slightly coloured. Not as bad as they used to be. I’ll run another cycle of whitening strips soon, maybe with a bit more peroxide. And my teeth are all aligned bar the front two, I do have a myobrace which I can use to straighten them out. I also think I’ll run proper whitening when I’m 18



Beard: I don’t have a beard at all right now, just slight stubble, but I’ve already started derma rolling and I’ve got good beard genetics so over the next year or two it should grow in a bit.



Under eyes: volufine, idk how regularly you have to apply but I’ll look into this.



Eye colour: dont really need to do anything as I have blue eyes



Eyebrows: also have decent eyebrows but I will start derma rolling/penning, with castor oil. And if this dosent work I’ll go to monoxidil.



Hair: I have between 2C and 3A hair, between blonde and brown. Sunlight on scalp, red light on scalp, shampooing once a week with shampoo that’s not got loads of chemicals. Can’t do too much styling honestly





I know this is quite watery and cope, but in my position (under 18) I can’t really do too much until I’m 18. Can anyone recommend
