Sorry if the formatation is rlly bad, im on my phone rn bc I do not have acces to my Laptop for the next 3 weeks.
So this is my protocol for this Winter (15 btw)
1. Skinmaxxing:
For this im only gonna maintain a good diet wich will consist of mostly eggs, meat, fruits and water (i might get some raw milk to nutrientmaxx but not so sure as it can cause breakouts and could get me sick)
2. Coloring:
I heavily consider MT2 or MT1 to mog all the palecells this Winter but I don‘t want to get scammed and I have never pinned anything so im kinda scared tbh.
Might order it together with semax for Academic reasons.
3: Gymcelling:
Trying to maintain a descent physik, rn im not that lean, at about 13-14% bf so im trying to leanbulk for Summer.
Also trying to not take it to far with it as im not that Tall (5,7 and a half) and I do Not want my proportions to look bad.
4. Eya area:
For this we have to Split in 3 sections:
4.1 Undereye area:
Here im coping with caffein Serums wich will most likely do not work.
If im going out of to any festival ill use bb cream to fraud.
If you do this its very important to USE ONE THAT MATCHES YOUR SKIN COLOR.
Normally you would not have to say this but me, the ultimate iqlet bought a bb cream in a totaly diff. Color that def does not match
4.2 Browns:
For my eyebrowns im using
-caster oil,
-peppermint oil
-rosmary oil
(they could all be cope but its worth a try as they are like 10 Bucks each)
I also dye my Browns completely black as it fits my Contrast.
4.3 Lashes:
For my lashes its basicly the same as above:
-caster oil
-peppermint oil
-rosmary oil
-the ordinary lash serum
I heard that the Ordinarys lash serum is cope but worth a try.
-I already placed and Amazon Order for all the things for my Browns and lashes they should arrive at September 13th.

Im coping a bit with squinting but thats ok!
5. Bonemass:
I got rlly low bonemass rn so i hope that this will change a bit with this Routine:
- 10x 150m Sprints
- Bonesmashing After
- Stop eating goyslop
Let me know if I should do anything else and if something is complete copium as Not everything is ordered (for example the lash serum)
Also excuse my writing im German so everything gets fucked up threw autocorrection!
