Idk how to actually start this thread but as everybody here we get into this forum being an incel, most of us virgins and submtns. That was my case too, some people never leave that starting point, wether because of genetics, not trying enough, wtv.

2. Testmaxxing: Bigger, leaner and wider bc of higher test not training.
3. Bonesmashing: Look at the difference between those pics taken 3 months before and after
