Yes, use the search function. You'll see many users reporting this and even linking to studies.

Idk how to actually start this thread but as everybody here we get into this forum being an incel, most of us virgins and submtns. That was my case too, some people never leave that starting point, wether because of genetics, not trying enough, wtv.
So this is how I used to look like:





Virgin, 6´0.5 at 16yo, low dimorphism, SUBMTN-LMTN, no muscle after 1 year of gym, high body fat.

All of these pics are close to the day I found org, maybe before or barely after. I joined org on early march of 2024, since that day Ive been doing softmaxxing and trying to maxx out myself naturally, that and puberty helped me ascend to look the way I do now



16yo 6´2.5, leaner, wider and bigger even tho I dont train, 6BC, all the girls MTB-HTB average to good body. Not gonna give my own opinion on my rating but facially it goes from LHTN-HHTN and SMV MHTN-LCL, just taking in count ppl here consider as good raters.

SOFTMAXXES:
1. Thumbpulling: Just look at the side difference, obvious improvement.
2. Testmaxxing: Bigger, leaner and wider bc of higher test not training.
3. Bonesmashing: Look at the difference between those pics taken 3 months before and after

Whats the time frame between the two? And would you say primal diet played the biggest part for test, functioning, micronutrients and no water storage cus of glycogen

Would you say primal diet (raw meat) was the most beneficial to your ascension? And how long in between were the before and after?
