ASCENSION TAKES TIME :
What surprisingly a lot of people don't know is that when it comes to ascending it takes time. There is obviously a lot of shortcuts you can take that can help you ascend faster however they might not be the safest.
Why you should take your time when ascending :
When it comes to your ascension plan you wanna take your time as in researching everything, finding the right products, understanding what you're doing and making sure you're absolutely sure before taking any step even if its your first time pinning something you can't afford to guess. You should spend a LOT of time researching whether that's the product itself, the proper dosage, the steps and most importantly whether its cope or not. If you're gonna skip that part which is also the most important and start rushing things you will one lack knowledge and if some fuck shit goes wrong your going to realize that because you didn't do enough research and a bit more effort beforehand could’ve prevented it would've fixed all this you might also do some retarded fuck shit like not pinning properly or user error and end up flopping up your ascension plan. Also with steroids and sarms you may go over board you might just fuck up absolutely everything for you.
My personal experience in rushing things :
I've personally experienced user error and that's due to me rushing everything. When my acne started going crazy i rushed to take accutane i never did any research and even if i did it was dog shit ass research like how much water i should be drinking or diets but i never knew about a purging stage and whatnot. After i stopped using accutane i realized my acne started going away and i was wondering why. A literal 15 minute search and i found out i was in the purging stage and that it would've went away eventually. I also wasn't taking the right supplements while on accutane which obviously fucked shit up. All this could've been prevented if i just did a bit more research and not have rushed things.
Make sure you're staying safe while ascending :
Another thing i wanted to speak about was popular bp tiktokers just because they say promote this product or that product does NOT mean it is guaranteed going to make you ascend that's a lot of errors people tend to make just listening to who ever is famous on tiktok. The safest way is to obviously do your research here or other forums. Talk to people, Talk to people who have used these products or have knowledge on them. These will give you all the info you need before doing anything.
If i never did any research or whatnot i probably would've jumped onto steroids and blasted and died would've within 3 hours of injecting
apart from that make sure you're staying safe when ascending at the end of the day this is YOUR face were talking about and unless you got money then you sticking with that face PERMANENTLY.
