I understand true developmental years starts at infancy but I dont expect any infants or any1 under the age of 13 even to be on this forum
This is a simple, short guide to maximize your developmental stage in the attempt to looksmax. This WILL be a guide about getting the most out of your own genetics and it will NOT transform you into Sean O Pry. It will just make you the best looking in your family. Essentially, after this guide you can atleast expect to look like a better version of your parents and mog your siblings into oblivion. Expect to move only 1 tier up in the ratings (E.g ltn can go to mtn, mtn to htn and so on and so forth)
Despite my lack of experience on .org please be open minded and do not instantly label my points as nonsensical just because I am a 'gray'. Giving you the science doesnt change the fact that it's science just because I've only been on this site for a few months. I've been in the looksmaxxing space for just over 2 years and I have ascended with these methods
1. Face/Hair/Jaw
- For your jawline, a healthy body fat level is crucial so put down the donuts tubby but do not starve yourself into a stickman just to get hollow cheeks. That is a good way to get bullied in highschool and be labelled a skinny freak aswell as kill the hormones that are essential for ascending you during puberty. How do you expect to get more masculine features if your testosterone has been starved out? Good posture is also something you have to practice throughout your life basically. Perform chintucks and neckcurls in order to help with posture and strength. You also need good sleep in order to produce essential hormones like testosterone that'll help develop your bones and muscle
- For your skin, take accutane. Your gonna have to larp pretty hard if your parents/specialist doesnt want to give it to you but goodluck. If you were blessed with good skin even during puberty a gentle cleansing routine with moisturizer and spf could be good enough. Dont fall into the cope of a 10 step skincare. Accutane is all you need + healthy diet + good hydration (dont drown yourself just hydrate like you have sense) + good sleep
-For your hair you should wash 2-3/week, dont use bs harsh chemicals or excessive heat and prioritize nutrition for hair health, Egg yolks as shampoo once in a while could help but never tried it and I dont care to
2. Body/Muscle/Fat
- Resistance training blablabla 4-6x/week. Honestly if youve made it this far into lm then u most likely know this. Just please have good form so that you wont hurt urself
- 10k-20k steps/day
- Go to practice, cmon boys what are you doing at your age not playing a sport?
- Eat grass fed beef, eggs, sweet potato and fruit (chicken and pork r lesser meats) (Stay away from junk food and basically eat plenty of carbs, some healthy fats and 0.6-1g/lb bodyweight of protein) (Also remember more protein unless ur severely undereating it will mostly not benefit you at all but on the contrary hurt you giving you protein poisoning. Just eat more carbs and fats)
3. Hormones
-Sleep 8-10 hours/night with the same wake up and bedtime everynight for circadian rhythm
-Manage your stress (You can practice humming and deep breathing also being in nature or going on walks helps)
-AVOID steroids or peptides unless you know what your doing. If your a total nob head (which you most likely are) please stay away from it
4. Style/Grooming
- Pick clothes that fit well on you and especially suit your archetype, you can do more research for yourself on it but find someone that looks like you online and that can actually dress well and take inspiration from their fits. Don't try dressing old money if you have the pretty boy aesthetic and vice versa for example
5. Social/Personality
- Confidence and charisma is just as important as looks. Take inspiration from charming people, actors, celebrities and even people around you that just seem liked by everyone around them.
- DO NOT REVEAL YOUR LM STATUS OR DO NOT TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE SUPER INTO ANYTHING. If anyone knows what you are doing rn then it really is over, do NOT tell anyone your a looksmaxxer, it's gonna be weird. Do not tell people you go to the gym often or dont talk about it all the time. Instead of saying you do the 10 step skincare just say you use a soap bar and water. If someone compliments your physique dont go into workout splits and protein just say you got it from sports or smth. Itll make the mog in the future so much less because people will be looking out for you to be the best in whatever field your obsessed with. When you do get mogged for example physique mogged and people know your identity as a gymrat then the mog will be even worse because they would say 'but your the gym guy'. SO DO NOT REVEAL TOO MUCH. Its not an act to stay mysterious but rather calculated protection from others
- Get off the game and find actual stuff to do also. Hobbies etc
