im not sure how old you are, but you're definitely very young. You're at the beginning of puberty. You don't have to do anything except wait.

First, take care of your face; everything changes. But if you want to change something, maybe let your eyelashes grow a little longer, maybe use eyeliner on your superior palpebrae superioris.

Your hair already looks very good.

Maybe use mild cleanser for the morning and the evening then a moisturizer after the cleanser

before the cleanser wash your face with warm water then, Dry your face a little so that it is slightly damp.

Take vitamin D3 and K2:
D3: 2000-4000max IE
K2: 100 - 200µg
every day before your meal ( with fat so the d3 can absorb better in your bloodstream)

Get magnesium bisglycinate (300-400 mg), omega-3 triglycerides (DHA/EHA) (The combination of both should result in 800-1000 mg max), and drink enough milk and kefir.

Sleep at the same time every night, in a cool room. Wear breathable clothes, turn on a red light in your phone one hour before bed, then make everything dark in the room (no lights on).

NO EXTREME DIETS IN YOUR AGE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!


Start doing a full-body workout at the gym 2–3 times a week. This will help you get the most out of your growth during puberty.
and maybe for your heart health add some cardio train in zone 2(if you can talk while doing it with no problems then you are in zone 2) for 20-40mins 1-2 times per weak after every strength training do 48h rest in your rest days you can do the cardio then.

In cases of depressive symptoms, I would consider a slight increase in omega-3 intake, as research suggests that higher amounts, particularly of EPA, may have stronger supportive effects on depressive symptoms and better mood regulation!
