i got braces and a bite plate at the first picture, i had an 8 mm overbite, and a deep bite, still have an 3 mm crossbite, previous orhtodonist wanted to extract tooth and use elastics. i said no because i wanted a palate expander to evenout the palate which is making it assymetrical in the first place, new ortho rn, hes good im getting the expander in 2 months

BHAI DONT GET AN EXPANDER IF YOU GOT BRACES, EXPANDER WILL MESS UP YOUR TEETH AND GIVE IT A GAP

you have to do expander then braces OR expander + braces at the same time. If you get a braces then an expander you will need braces again to close the gap
