I ascended mainly because i lost weight but since i started skipping classes( no cortisol) i started ascending. I also eat like shit, smoke ciggaretes, vapes, do snus/zyns or smoke carts and flower.

my doctor prescribed me letro for gyno and i know where to get test. My ascension isnt only genes tho i used peptides for 5 months and hgh for 2 months but no diet no nothing
