So I know it'll be hard without a photo
But I consider myself high ltn to low mtn
Would be higher If I wasn't balding and didnt have bad face asymmetry
In theory if I was to get marpe+facepuller
Stop my hairloss fix my asymmetry and get bimax how high could I ascend
Could I be htn at least
It sucks cause my planned journey is going to take at least 1-2 years and I'm already 20

It would in theory improve with the surgery
