Thinking of running cjc+ipa after I run out of my glp I want to enhance my natty gains and retain size as safely and effectively as possible I am open to suggestions but want to put on roughly ~5-8 pounds of muscle while staying relatively lean

if you want 6-8 lbs of lean tissue hop on test and ive tried cjc and ipa tbh i slept better less sore thats it and it could easily be placibo

research bro bulking is cope as a natural you only need like a little surplus 100-200 cals max and just maingain
