Its clearly documented court testimony, if its not in the Wikipedia its because he wasn't charged for it as they don't charge serial killers for every crime. Just the easiest ones they can get because they will go to jail for life anyway.

I don't think this is true, in cases where the person is "clearly guilty" generally you don't want to charge them with things they will more easily defend against because that will simply weaken the case and the persuasion of the jury. The appeals thing makes sense but assuming they don't try them for it, they can always just try him for it at a later time. You only can't do that if they were already found innocent or guilty of the charge. It's probably different for cases like a gangster who doesn't have much evidence against him, in that case you'll try everything to see if it sticks.

In any case, apparently he has a bunch of cases like this but no one wanted to testify: "The judge dismissed 18 additional felony counts at the request of the prosecution, which declined to present witnesses to buttress the charges.
