Today I will teach you how to make a meal of fecal matter. Here are the ingredients needed below:
700gram shit
300ml vomit
500ml piss
30gram dandruff

How to Cook:
First, take your shit and season it with the dandruff.

Put 30gram of dandruff on the 700gram shit. Mix it well with hand or mixer.

Then, put it in the owen at 180C celsius or or 356C fahrenheit. It should get softer, and creamier.

While it is cooking, prepare the Drink and the Dip, or sauce, however you wanna use it.

Piss in a glass jar and put some dandruff in it and mix it well. It should taste good.

The piss must be aged for one week, aged in a jar and fermented very well. You should also be dehydrated before pissing beforehand so the piss is yellow and not white.

To make the dip or sauce or however you will use it, it's easy, just vomit, and that vomit is your dip sauce.

Meal Preparation:
Take the shit/fecal matter/crap out of the owen.

Enjoy your shit, piss and vomit meal. Meal is rich in Fiber, Magnesium and Some protein.

It shouldn't, make sure to put the dandruff equally in the piss and shit for seasoning, however I wouldn't say 20 grams is enough. Try to get more.
