I feel my best on it tbh.

Carbs are nothing but quick bursts of energy that maybe useful pre workout, but no point otherwise. Just nutritionally empty.
How's your cholesterol when I did carnivore for a short time my cholesterol levels where insane. Seen the same in others doing it and since high ldl is one of the main independent risk factors for heart disease its probs a bad idea long term.

The only people that can get away with it are people like jordan peterson that are very skinny and barely eat so still manage to maintain low cholesterol levels.

Veg deteriorates health tbh

I’m mainly back on it currently since I am cutting and find it easiest to do on no carb or very low carb.

After water weight drop I still drop fat faster than higher carb probably because I do eat quite a bit more protein since it’s muscle sparing and has a higher thermic effect

I will get a blood test done later on once i’ve been back on it a bit longer, but even though i’m cutting I feel great. Great energy, lifts doing great also without carbs (i was no carb a while back so i think i can tap into fat based metabolism more easily)

If bloods are good or I deem high ldl etc to not be a problem then I may continue long term. Dr Anthony Chafee has some good videos i’m watching showing why it isn’t a problem. I recommend you watch them.
It is a problem tbh but theirs other risk factors like Inflammation, blood pressure , insulin resistance that are managable and could limit the damage. You can probs get away with it if you are staying at a very low body weight but I defo wouldnt recommend carnivore to somebody going to the gym to gain muscle or taking steroids (so eating large volumes of food).

I ate nothing but low fat beef (5% fat if eating mince beef), eggs, fish, chicken, lamb. Id say minced beef and eggs where eaten the most because they are so easy to prepare and more satiating than chicken and fish.

High fat is the way to go. Low fat is subhuman food. It was the eggs that increased ur cholesterol which is a good thing

I go gym daily with cardio after session. It’s been working great and building muscle at a good rate according to my lift progression. I’m eating typically 12 eggs a day and about 750g of fatty meat.
How much do u pay for 750g meat a day and what type of meat is it?

U will gain still yeah but im talking about people at high body weights. So m 5ft11 and 98kg after previous steroid use and was 105kg when tried carnivore.

Having to eat all carnivore and get 4000 calories a day makes keeping cholesterol low impossible. People at a low/average body weight on the other hand might not have the same problem. Ive seen the same pattern in other bodybuilders/serious lifters with insane ldl levels on carnivore.

Nah man high ldl is bad for sure but like I said its one of many risk factors for plaque build up/heart disease.

Just inject cmon you have 34k posts and youre still not taking test its one of the easiest looksmax. I will agree though I for sure gained muscle best when I was eating loads of meat, eggs and full fat dairy. I find it way harder to gain without the high cholesterol foods.

What where you taking> I don't see the point of on and off personally I think blast and cruise for life is best. When I compare to my twin brother who has never used anything even having dropped to trt dose of 150 now I maintain way more muscle (14kg heavier while leaner) and my jaw, cheekbones and brow ridge grew a ton from my blasts and my constant high test.
