What is the best ashwaganda stack ?
Should i took it daily?Does it fuse growth plate

it really didnt do anything for me besides calming me down for school presentations or lowering cortisol, thats it

i stopped using it, it used to be like 400mg or something before sleep, man i use nothing anymore but ibuprofen or aspirin before sleep, i also dont get any of the side effects i got from the ashwaghanda this way

ashwagandha stack??

just get some ksm-66 pills and pop them daily, wont do too much tho
