It gave me hyperthyroidism when I took KSM-66. I don't think everyone can take it. A bunch of people have come forward since it got popular in like 2016/2017, complaining about thyroid issues that arose stemming from their use of Ashwagandha.

I tried it for about 8 weeks a few years ago. All it did was give me a semi sense of calm but the sensation was very weak. Not worth feeling like a listless zombie all the time.
