I don't understand the labels and different doses and the fact they seem to talk about 3 different things (ashwaghanda, withania root, ksm66), but I bought these 2 because a fellow brocel here raised his testosterone 3x by taking this with some other shit.

Can someone read the labels and tell me in plain English how many of these to take to T-maxx???

Just lol, if you want to t-max start with a good diet rich in animal foods and animal fats. Vitamin D is essential too. I have nonexistant vitamin d levels and my T is still reasonably good thanks to a good diet

depends on your money , if i was u id take only 1 capsule a day , i see it has black pepper extract so i suggest u also take turmeric powder with it in order to absorb more of the two .
