Ashwaghanda under 18

Ok so recently I got some ashwaghanda pills and the label on the back said its not suitable for people under 18. Why not, whats the logic?

It's safe. wont stunt growth or cause any hormonal/body issues, it's water-soluble and a plant, so you'd have to swallow bottle after bottle to overdose on it
