do it. i had the same problem as you. i first used bethmeth but it ruined my skin so i opted for hydrocortisone. don't expect too much but it's effects are decent. had no side effects for me, too

if u dont wanna show urself best advice i can give is to just lose weight and work out even if ur lean and maybe take accutane if u have acne cause it slims ur nose
