Barely any surgeon does leftort 3. Imo high-set lefort 1 is enough for most recessed people. But it's more expensive and risky than implants

Modified l3 is safe as fuk and u just gotta look for a surgeon. Lefort 1 definitely Ruins most asians by giving bimaxillary protrusion, high cut might prevent that but they're doing reverse Lefort 1 more often than not in Korea
