Just think of it this way. Statistically speaking, if you asked out 1 million girls, at least 1% of them would agree to go out. That’s 10000 girls.

Getting dates is nothing, I approached hundreds of girls, went on dates with dozens of them(so maybe like 10% of them agreed to a date), and still had very little success.

How do you do numbers game without acquiring a reputation?

Learn PUA if you want to learn more, it's a pretty complex subject, I didn't use any canned lines or approach methods, just improvised according to the situation, environment and the girl I've started to talk to.
Most of my approaches were in "warm" environments - at college, parties, activity clubs, etc., were most people are at least somehow familiar with each other and you are less likely to be rudely rejected and online on dating sites and chat rooms.
