Just curious how much time do I have realistically to try and change , like I am already 25 willing to do anything it takes with surgeries but feel like time is running out

Idk what you mean by time. You actually look pretty young for 25, you got decent skin. It's just your facial features are messed up. You can always get surgery if you have the money. Do you have the money?

Honest opinion please, I have been mainly insecure regarding my droopy eyes and did a double eyelid surgery ( non incisional) before but did not help , will be planning to go Korea to do ptosis surgery and subbrow revision to hopefully fix my eyes. Other than that am quite insecure regarding my puffy face currently doing leanmax... Will I have a chance to assend? Am only confident regarding my height and slim built at 5 foot 10 as it's considered tall in my country

just fix ur eye area with couple surgeries (canthoplasty to get positive tilt + fat graft/infraorbital implant under eye for support and reduce bags)

also darken eyebrows with dye if possible and try thicken them with minoxidil (will take many months but works)

and grow ur hair out it should atleast be able to cover ur forehead something like this (kpopmax)

can easily be HTN EASILY
