kazakhs, koreans, chinese, uigurs, viets, tibetans, mongols and even japanese have actually pretty similar cultures in practice. Mildly collectivist and hierarchical, very long term oriented and adaptable to new change and non indulgent. You go anywhere in asia and the same basic rules on day to day conduct apply. However, in terms of world view, asian nations have very different perspectives. Europeans have the opposite problem. European countries have very different cultures but all see the world the same way. This is why they have such a strong political unity and asia doesn't. Europeans have a unified worldview which allows them to work together despite cultural differences whereas asians struggle to work together despite cultural similarities.
