You forgot the most important one he needs= bones. For that he will need to blast 20 iu of HGH a day for 6 months and he’s there

Yeah I just looked at it, his bones are fine you’re right, Mongolian genes I guess.

He should be on a diuretic aswell, he’s bloated like hell.
