It is possible to have heterochromia in one eye like this guy.

There is a thing called Horner syndrome: happens when a child has head/neck trauma with serious consequences. Then, the innervation of the eye suffers, and the melanocytes in either both eyes or one eye die/malfunction.

So, a black person with Horner syndrome can have that shit: one blue eye. So not totally impossible.
