Aside of LL surgery what do I need? PLEASE HELP

23, 5´3, 189 lbs.

I know height is my greatest flaw. However, for now I dont have the money for LL surgery. Althought my moneymaxxing plan aims for it,

I do not smile because I need to whitening my teeth and I dont have straight smile.


But what surgeries do I need in face? Also, what skin treatments I need? I feel my skin is not good. I got wrinkles in my forehead and around my mouth. I have to admit that I havent put lotion constantly in years and I dont put lotion when I shave but I feel theres something wrong with my skin that is not related with this affairs.

LL wont save u at 5'3 lil nigga.

No but its much better to be 5´8 than than 5´3. 5´8 in the country I live (South America) is not even LTN territory if you got other atributes.
