Age=Mid 20s.
6'2" 215. Current lifting stats are Bench-300lbs, Squat 405, deadlift 500.
I'm bulking to 240 max then slow cutting, my final goals are B-375, S-500, D-575lbs then i'm going to switch to grappling, cycling and gym 3x a week to maintain strength. I'm natty and have thin wrists (started at 6'0-145lbs). Happy to provide advice regarding lifting and dieting.

Lean meats & fats-chicken breast + veges, mince etc. Essentially High protein, high fat, minimal carbohydrates.

I've been gymming for 6 years on and off. This is achievable in 2.5 years with proper dieting and progression.

you need a 6 month cut. you could look okay with a shirt on but it'll take a least a year and a half to look good with a shirt off

What’s your regimen for maintenance? I’m at 13% and want to maintain muscle and fat% once I hit 12.

I think you can maintain on a 3 day/week routine. Focus on keeping your strength with low rep heavy weights and a drop sets at the end of the session for hypertrophy/size.
Something like: M-Bench/Squat then push hypertrophy

W/Deadlifts and back hypertrophy

F/Squats then Bench with leg hypertrophy will suffice.

Do people with thinner wrists have thinner bones overall?
Do they have thinner arms overall and lower limit to building muscle?

And just your thoughts on thin wrists in general

What is your wrist circumference?

1 gram per pound of bodyweight

long arms and long ROM.

I take longjack, ashwagandha, creatine and a multivitamin. Mass gainer when bulking.

I prefer bulk, gain a lot of strength then cut. For most naurals strength = size. If you can bench 275 & squat 405 you'll look like you lift for sure.

sorry it must've deleted my reply. 6.5 inches. this is before lifting and as you can see i have very average bone structure. You're doing yourself a disservice by not lifting because 'bad bone structure'

Where did you learn about nutrition? Like YouTube channels, books, etc.

You look cakemaxxed, jokes aside nice body bro

Would you say you looked better/treated better when you were skinny ?

@subhuman incel

What would you say your bodyfat is current?
15-16%

Expirementation then eventually youtube. To be honest I wouldn't over complicate things: Rice and Chicken or Pasta & mince will suffice. One option is to get a coach for 3 months until you get a good routine/dietary habits then leave. It's well worth the investment.

Incels will pay $20k for surgery but not $500 to a lifting coach who will help you strength and size mogg

What was your diet like during/after bulking?

Damn bro you fell for the bulking meme.. Ive been there

Did you see an increase to smv like I have? Life begins at lean and i’ll forever stand on that

I'm skinny fat. Is it possible to reach ripped status (or close enough) without roids? I don't want foreign substances in my body.

Whats your abs routine like? Mirin your adonis belt :y'all:

Yes. I intend to lean out once I hit my strength goals. Also its incredibly hard to look like you lift in a shirt and be sub 12% unless you're either wearing small/medium shirts OR you have an excellent muscular base from bulking & subsequently lifting heavy.
I'm skinny fat. Is it possible to reach ripped status (or close enough) without roids? I don't want foreign substances in my body.
Yes. Progressive overload with a caloric inake of 500 cals above surplus is your friend. Like I've said, you need to chase strength.
Whats your abs routine like? Mirin your adonis belt :y'all:
I don't do any direct ab work, Heavy squats and heavy deadlifts are enough for me

Do u think ur face looks younger/better at a higher body fat or lower body fat?

Is a 3 day a week 3x5 on a calorie surplus good for a beginner gaining strength/size? Im focusing on bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press, weighted chinup

how come? too lowto be
its decent but not optimal. you should aim for 5-days a week, particularly if you're young anad not in the workforce. Once you leave uni/college and start working you become extremely time poor and its easy to maintain but not build a physique. Ideally you want to build 90% of your strength/musculariy before you graduate. If I was 18 again I'd go 6 days/week and hire a coach for 6 months.

Do you do lower reps or higher reps

What’s 5x5 or 3x10

Bulk hard ectomorphs. My only regret is I didn't bulk earlier.
Brb 155lbs wearing small shirts and benching 135lbs but but I'm lean bro...
If you want to get strong and build proper muscle naturally you'll have to bulk. I spent enough of my early 20s falling for the lean bulk meme. Lean bulking is acceptable for late 20s/early 30s bros who have slow metabolisms. If you're young and an ectomorph I recommend bulking until your abs disappear and then cutting. I'm a natural ectomorph so when I shredded the fat came off quickly and it was easy af not to eat. If you're an endomorph then obviously don't do what I did. Peace ☮️

nice proportions

you look big but your body aesthetics are utter shit. call it cope or whatever blah blah blah but most girls don't really find this attractive, other than chubby 5'10 girlz that like feeling small
