No studies that link working out to stunted growth but always keep good form on exercises such as deadlifts or rdls

What are the optimal amount of reps needed for a warm up set? like how many reps do you reccomend to warm up with

so you go straight to your regular set after doing 1-2 reps of your working weight as a warm up set?
On barbell incline I’ll literally do a couple reps of the bar and go up to my warmup weight
